Question Scan

What is the best translation in Spanish?
Y see "escanear" in DRAE, (pasar por el escáner.)
Is this the best or only solution? Anyone has a better idea?

[context]
At the final stage, orders are sealed and scanned. =

Your input is appreciated. Thank you for your viewpoint and examples.

I have made few corrections to your post. You can compare it to what you wrote, and ask if you have any questions. I hope I can help you too... (otherwise a native can correct my corrections...)

Thank you again.
I believe you wanted to say "When" (Cuando) instead of "What" (Que), right?
