"Cuídense", yes. If somebody tells me "ten cuidado", I would think there is something dangerous, like somebody wating for me to kill me. So probably I would ask: why?

I agree... "Cuídense"/"cuídese"/"cuídate" would be the most common ways to say "take care".
Some people I know tend to also say "con cuidado", but that rather sounds like a mother talking to her children. ![]()

![]() Juntas, las dos vocales débiles (ui), hacen un diptongo. La vocal débil acentuada se vuelve fuerte, así que si se acentúa la u, el diptongo se rompe.
