¿cuántos años cumples/tienes? What are the various ways to answer to this question in Spanish, from colloquial to official ? Thanks for your answers ! Yendred

I knew the phrase tener sus abriles as a way to say a person "has some age on him (or her)" in a general sense, but just found out that more specifically tener XX abriles can mean "to be XX years old."
