Metimientos

How can we say metimientos in the following context : I don´t want any metimientos with the neighbors.
This means that you don´t want any close relationship like I knock at the door every time I please or they do the same, if they decide to knock at my door and ask me for a piece of whatever. etc.... I only like cordial relationships with the neighbors.

Nunca había escuchado esa palabra, ni tampoco leído.

Nosotros usamos entrometido/entrometerse. (to meddle)

I don't want to get involved with the neighbors/neighbours.

Gracias.
