Suempre que voy a Madrid, lo hago con muchas ganas porque tengo el aliciente de ver a mis sobrinas.

How do we translate aliciente in this sentence.

How do we translate aliciente in this sentence.
If the reason for going to Madrid is always something else (e.g. work) then the aliciente is an added incentive or added attraction.
