Poli was asking about an idiomatic expression he found while reading. I told him he figured out the right meaning.
Perhaps sacar pecho isn't used in Mexico, but it is used. I found many hits for that expression on the Internet. And you'll find the expression in the RAE under sacar alguien pecho here (click on artículo enmendado button). |

It's very normal in Spain.
I would try to find a proper photo/drawing. It's the usual "chest-up" when a pretty woman pass by...... It can be a gsetual show off, but it can also mean to be brave, to be proud.... I need the whole sentence.. Saludos
