Student placement? What do you mean by that?
Colocación doesn't seem to make sense.

This form is for parents of children classified as English language learners. Students' language skills are tested annually to evaluate whether they are beginners, intermediate or advanced. This is primarily for children who's primary language is something other than English. Depending on their scores, and fluency they are then "placed" in the appropriate classes where they will receive the language support they need. Soooo, too late to make a long story short, this is basically a form that is sent to parents to inform them of there child's score and where they will be placed next year., beginning, intermediate or advance.

I hope that helps...thanks

"Aviso anual..." also sounds good enough to me.

Working in a California school district, sometimes I am at a quandary to figure out words to use in my translations that can be understood by the majority of our parent population. The majority come from Mexico however, we also have parents from Central, South America and Cuba. My other challenge is that many of our parents come from disadvantaged social-economic backgrounds with little to no education.

All your help is greatly appreciated!!!

Doesn't ubicación refer to the location or site where a building or place can be found?

I have a good idea about it.

Meeting to fathers with relation to the education of your children.

I know that the first idea about it changed for complete, but my example has relation with your idea.
