Entiendo que quiere decir con " un cuento casi sufi) pero como podriamos traducir el"sufi" ? Lo traducen ? o lo dejamos asi. Muchas gracias.

Pues es una palabra prestada del árabe, así que es casi igual: solo difiere en un tilde: sufí.

Si sufi es el que practica la doctrina mística....... no entiendo el significado en esta frase.....

Correcto, casi como de Enrique.

Querría decir que es un cuento casi místico, que tiene elementos cercanos a esa doctrina.

En absoluto - "sufismo", dado que trata de "doctrinas místicas" total que
por allí se encuentra "experiencias religiosas".
