I'm pretty sure you can use "sobre mi cadáver", which means "over my dead body" or "you'd have to kill me first".
There is a related phrase "primero muerto" which is used as a response meaning "I'd rather be dead". -- ¿Quieres ser mi novia? -- Primero muerta. -- Will you be my girlfriend? -- I'd rather die than be your girlfriend.
