ICQ is an instant messaging program, similar to AIM (AOL Instant Messenger). If you use AIM you probably already know that to send a message, you need to know your buddy's 'screen name'. In ICQ you just use a number.

The n and ñ are different letters of the Spanish alphabet.

pero...letra C leemos as "se"
...y letra N (no N, letra despues de N! !ýíüå) leemos como enje
No entiendo porque escrebimos Espaca despues de Espana(enje)?!

If you are seeing the letter C (or c) where we are seeing ñ (the letter whose English pronunciation is enye and whose Russian pronunciation is эне), there is something wrong with your browser. You'll need to investigate why you can't see the 'letter after the letter n'.

For us, we use ñ for años and español and others with the ñ and not a "c".
also, I made some corrections. I might have missed some :P

The way the letter should be appearing is like this: You have to install a font that has this letter on your computer for it to show up right.

Aunque mi nivel de ruso es muy bajo, si necesitas alguna traducción lo puedo intentar (si es muy difícil, mi mujer e hijas son bilingües ruso/español).
